We service the Metro area and northern NJ.  You will be able to sell Commercial Burglar, Access, and CCTV.  You can work from offsite and visit our offices as needed.

- Relationships with building owners a plus

- Experience and proven record in commercial sales

- Experience selling Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarms, etc.

- Ability to conduct a needs assessment

- Detail oriented

- Ability to respond to and generate qualified leads

- Build and maintain relationships with new prospects and existing customers

Experienced Senior Alarm Technician  / Junior Alarm Technician

We are looking for an experienced Alarm technician, wanted for full time work.

- At least three years experience directly related to installing and servicing Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Telecom & lntercom systems.
- HAI Experience preferred, but general alarm knowledge considered
- Mechanical aptitude. Able to read and decipher building/system plans or drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Possess good communication skills; oral and written.
- Substantial experience dealing with customers and construction trades
- Familiarity with testing equipment and tools of the trade.
- Able to climb ladders and work in a construction environment as required.
- Must maintain professional ethics, appearance, and demeanor.
- Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work well independently as well as be a team player
- Service / troubleshoot other manufacturers alarms.

Responsibilities:

- Program, Install, troubleshoot and service integrated security systems including Home Automation, Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Telecom, A/V & lntercom products
- Understands job scope and verifies completion of work as specified.
- On-site supervision, training, development and evaluation of field technicians.
- Communicate and report to the project manager on job status and developments.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner.


Location: Brooklyn, NYC area, some Tristate.
